• Support for Email Attachments - The 'Send Email Action' now supports adding attachments, enabling admins to send generated reports (like PDFs) or any attachment stored in a record. It supports any file type compatible with the attachments component.
• Interventions Dashboard & Notifications - A new dashboard provides initial visibility into automation failures. It displays summary metrics (e.g., "Needs Review" count, "Failure Rate (7d)") and a table listing unique interventions. An email notification is sent to the designated App Admin when a new intervention is created.
• Out-of-Office Status for User Profiles - Users can now set an out-of-office status with applicable start and end dates/times on their profile. When active, the 'Make Assignment Action' will skip the user and move to the next available user in the assignment group.
