The onboarding process functions as follows: Initiation: The process begins with a single click in Workday once a job offer is accepted. This action triggers Elementum to build a customized onboarding plan based on the new hire's role, geography, and profile. Verification: An automated AI agent calls the hiring manager to confirm details, such as the hire date, therapeutic area coverage, and required system access. During this call, the manager can also request adjustments, such as adding the new hire to specific SharePoint groups. Execution: Once the hiring manager confirms the details, the agent locks the information and generates a complete onboarding plan, which is emailed to the manager. Simultaneously, deterministic automations create necessary IT service requests for the new hire’s required system access. New Hire Experience: The new hire receives an email outlining their onboarding process, including links to AI-curated reading material, their first-week schedule, and details regarding training certifications and introductory meetings.
