How does Elementum connect to my data cloud?
Elementum's proprietary CloudLink technology connects natively to most data clouds, including Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and more to make your data immediately accessible in Elementum, in real-time.
You just need to grant the Elementum user permissions, select the tables to use, set mappings of the fields you want to make available, and you're on your way!
How does Elementum maintain security and data governance?
Elementum uses its CloudLink technology to ensure data integrity, automatically inheriting security and governance structures from your data cloud. CloudLink provides an extra layer of security by only requiring view-only permissions to your data - Elementum never has direct access.
How customizable are Elementum's apps and automations?
Elementum is a no-code platform that is highly customizable. You can adjust everything from fields and labels, to process stages, to the types of automations you want to use for a particular step. Build apps from scratch or use one of our pre-built templates from the Elementum Marketplace that can be used as-is or customized to meet your unique business needs.
Does Elementum come with pre-built apps tailored to specific industries or use cases?
Yes, Elementum provides a Marketplace where you can find over 50 pre-built workflow apps for popular use cases like sales enablement, vendor onboarding, inventory management, software license management , and more.
How does Elementum's pricing structure work?
Elementum offers a consumption-based pricing model. Only pay for what you use.
What is the implementation timeline like?
Since there are no data integrations required, Elementum offers a streamlined implementation process that is much faster than most legacy automation vendors.
Prior to kickoff, Elementum works with you to design a process flow that meets your business needs. Configuration and deployment typically take a day or two and are often completed in an on-site workshop that includes Elementum experts and your team. From there, testing, user training and final rollout occur and generally span 1 - 2 weeks depending on your organization's requirements.
Does "workflow" refer to importing data into my data cloud?
No, Elementum is not a data ingestion workflow platform. When we refer to a "workflow", we are referring to user-facing business applications that automate an end-to-end business process, like invoice processing, L1 customer support, or software license management.
Do you have a native app in the Snowflake Marketplace?
The Elementum platform as a whole is a connected app, but is not purchasable directly through Snowflake Marketplace. However, working with Snowflake, we co-developed a native app for Software License Management, called License Patrol. It is specifically designed to quickly identify and reclaim unused software licenses. License Patrol is available for a free trial on the Snowflake Marketplace.
